Недавно столкнулся с проблемой при синхронизации iPod touch 5g. Почти вся добавляемая музыка была выделена серым цветом и не воспроизводилась. Этот баг видел впервые. Вот решение проблемы - нажать кнопку восстановить в iTunes - телефон или плеер получит изначальные настройки, а потом на него будет загружена последняя резервная копия и музыка будет заново синхронизирована!
Второй способ- сбросить настройки на заводские и синхронизировать музыку заново.
